rosalarian: I always rush into memorizing songs. I get a good album, and listen to it on repeat nonstop, and I tend to get frustrated with the time between buying the album and being able to sing along. But listening to an album that you know 0% of the songs has so much beauty in the experience. I got Amanda Palmer’s new album yesterday, and I’m trying to just let myself listen to it and not be frustrated that I’m so unfamiliar with it, because it’s good and I want to know it all right away, but it’s better this way. Me and this album need a courtship. Look, I don’t say this, but GPOY In every way.
